EXCURSION BOOKING POLICIES - Wave2Way Tours
These terms and conditions apply to all excursions and services offered by Wave2Way Tours. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these policies.
Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash payments in Euros (EUR)
- Cash payments in US Dollars (USD)
- Debit card payments
Pricing & Discounts
- Children's Discount: A 50% discount applies to children aged 4-9 years for most excursions (unless otherwise specified)
- Infants: Children under 4 years participate free of charge in most excursions (unless otherwise stated)
Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time at no charge
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of start time incur a 100% cancellation fee
- Non-Refundable Bookings: Some excursions and flights to Cairo are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing
Additional Fees & Surcharges
- Marine Environmental Tax: €5 per person (applicable to boat trip excursions, payable directly by guests)
- Remote Location Surcharge: €5 per person for guests staying in Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, or El Gouna (applies to select excursions)
Important Information
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Specific excursion terms may vary - please check individual excursion details
- Environmental surcharges must be paid directly by guests at the time of the activity
- Group bookings may be subject to different terms - please inquire
